[C320-list] Filter in Water separator

John,

Poke your head thru the door in the aft end of the aft cabin and look at the 
top of the fuel tank. The valve is on top of the tank, forward of the 
sending unit. You're still going to spill a lot of fuel. Maybe someone has a 
suggestion on how to avoid that.
