[C320-list] Fresh water foot pump

[WindSwept]

Saves water - especially with guest crew.  Also if you leave your water pump 
on and have a fitting failure on the pressure water side the electric pump 
can drain a tank real quick if you don't notice the noise.  I have had the 
fitting failure before but did notice!
