[C320-list] Bimini for C320

Dodgers and biminis are not stock items on any boat from Catalina.
They are options. Most dealers order their "from stock" boats with
Catalina canvas. You can do MUCH better (both quality and price) with
a local canvas shop, although finding a good one may take some time.
As an example, a friend bought his C-350 with the Catlina dodger and
bimini, The bimini didn't fit the frame properly, and was loose and
wrinkled. After several attempts to get it fitted properly, the dealer
swallowed the bullet and had a local canvas shop (White Lake Canvas)
replace the bimini cloth (not the frame).

Your choice of colors from Catalina is Captain Navy. From a local
shop, there is a rainbow of colors available. When my wife and I
bought the Alchemist, we ordered it without the Catalina canvas, and
had White Lake Canvas make ours in Mediterranean Blue. This color
matches the stripe in the side of the hull. In addition, We had the
vendor add both a grab rail along the entire back, and storm handles
going forward along the sides of the dodger for added geezer security.
For the Dodger, Bimini, connector, grab rails, and storm handles, we
paid a little over $3,500.

If you have any problems with a locally manufactured dodger / bimini,
you can get support more easily than you can from the sub-contractor
that Catalina uses to make their canvas.

Just my thoughts.
