Thanks Walter. I'll probably try that, but there is a heavy plug of silicone
that fills the last couple of inches of the bottom of the post. I think my
best bet will be to push the cable through the silicone and up to the pod.
I'm sure it will be a bit of a hassle, but this whole project looks to be a
pain. Fabricating a mount for the transducer and squeezing into the aft laz
to drill holes and install it will be another challenge. It might help if I
loose 20 Lbs before I get started. I'll probably loose another 20 in the
process.
