One small help you get for free is that the fridge automatically shuts off below a low-voltage threshold. Manual says it shuts off below 10.0v and won't come back on until 11.1v is maintained "throughout the momentary high-current start attempt." (their italics). Not 50% but some help.

You're plugged in and running your fridge and the power goes out at the Marina. How does one prevent running down the batteries past their safe 50% level?
Is there a type of sensor/switch that says, if I'm not connected to 110 at the charger, turn off the batteries?
