[C320-list] Batteries Off or All

I was the one who wrote the original query .... I was also thinking that if the batteries were OFF ... would the bilge pump work?

As I mentioned the guy who mentioned this to me is a respected person in our area ... works on yanmar engines, does rigging , etc so it confused me ergo the reason for the note.

Again, I am interested to hear the collective thoughts on this ....
