[C320-list] Navstation forward wood panel removal?

Bill:

The single panel I have is held in by two #12 Philip head screws on the
aft face of the panel and two on the forward end of the panel that closes
off the space.  This panel extends from the hull out to the instrument
panel.  I had to remove the SS rod that connects to the aft chain plate
in order to remove the panel.
