[C320-list] Jabsco Compact Electric Head

I've talked to Peggie Hall about heads a few times. One thing she has
mentioned is her, umm, lack of respect for the quality of the Jabsco
heads. I know that when I disassembled mine I was surprised at how
flimsy the pump components were.

Her recommendation for a moderately-priced manual head is the Raritan
PH-II. Certainly more expensive than the Jabsco ($320 vs. $140).
However, the price difference between their respective electric models
appears to be much less ($580 vs. $540).

FWIW, I'll be putting in a manual PH-II this coming winter.
