[C320-list] Noise Problem with Perkins Engine

West Marine has 'noise control barrier' material.  Comes in 1/2" and  1" 
thick.  I got the former, and if I had to do it again, I'd have gotten  the 1."  
Seems to help...I've added some of the very thin (1/4" to 3/8"  wide) aluminum 
looking insulation (Lowes or Home Depot) that comes in rolls  either 15" of 
24" wide.
