[C320-list] Noise Problem with Perkins Engine

If you look at the reports, most of them are power boaters riding on the
swim platform while the boat is underway.  There was an article a couple
of months ago in Boat US.

I am not exactly sure of the source, but the exhaust seems to be the
culprit.  Over the years,  I have seen reports of  boaters overcome by
CO.  Most are power boaters, but occasionally there is a sailor
involved.  My thought is, if running the exhaust fan may avoid a
problem, why not do it.
