[C320-list] A/C Sizing

I have a 16,000 BTU unit in Annapolis,  MD.  Was looking at a 12, 000 to start with but am really gald I have the 16, 000 on those hot days in Jul and Aug last summer even teh 16, 000 had to work at keeping teh boat cool.

I have looked at Cruisair and Marine Air.  They are both from the same
company ... Is there a preference (or others)?
I looked in the archives (briefly) for earlier posts on this subject.  I
found one that put the A/C in the aft lazarette (Starboard).  Is there
anywhere else that it can go?
