[C320-list] attaching a Mast Cleat and a Spinnakker Pole Track

I drilled and tapped the holes for the appropriate sized flat head
machine screw (as I recall, it was a 5/16" fine thread, 3/4"long
machine screw (NOT a sheet metal screw!!))
