[C320-list] Securing dive tanks

My husband and I purchased a 98 Cat 320 in January!  Her name is Kanaloa!
We are also avid scuba divers and are now attempting to rig Kanaloa to
transport dive tanks.  Before we consider drilling any holes, I wanted to
get guidance from this group on learned ideas for securing 4 tanks.

The tanks each are 8" by 25".  We Are considering storing them in the
Starboard aft locker.  My concern with this is that the platform supporting
the locker sits above the diesel holding tank.

Please advise!
