[C320-list] Whisker Pole Installation & mast step blocks

Rollie,
It's actually cast aluminum. There's also a thin black annodized alumnimum
plate below the cast mast step plate that's welded to the compression post.
On a Friend's boat, he never removed the blocks and they corroded to the
point where the nut and stud siezed to the step. We had to remove the mast,
and step, and drive the studs out with a punch.
Big expense that could have been avoided by simply unscrewing the block one
time and applying the TefGel and screwing it back in. You can even do it
without removing the lines if you're careful about not removing the twists
before reinstalling the block.
