[C320-list] Non-wood Hatch Boards

AS I recall, Starboard is filled polyethylene.  No glue sticks to
polyethylene.  It can only be thermally welded.

The PDF File on working with King StarBoard recommends against
adhesives, but says that ScotchWeld DP-8005 has been used with "some
success".  Your best bet is with a mechanical fastener of some sort.
