[C320-list] Bottom Paint

To All,
I've raced our 320 in local club races for a few years now.  I've  always 
used an ablative paint because I didn't dive on the boat and paid a diver  once a 
month to do so.  I plan on diving on the boat to clean it regularly  this 
year and am considering switching to a hard paint.  I would appreciate  any 
input, pro or con, before I do so.
