[C320-list] prop install

Mike,
I have the remains of a couple of fairly cheap prop/gear pullers that deformed at one place or another trying un-successfully to pull off my 3 blade after only a couple years. Actually I think the difficulty/tightness is more a factor of how many extra partial turns were taken on the nut to make it line up with the cotter pin hole when originally assembled bringing it onto the tapered shaft. I ended up buying (and returning after use - shame on me) a mega puller for at least $100 I think. But yours may pop off easily.....

After much research I bought the two blade Gori. Now it's time to install it. I have never installed a prop before, but I can certainly read and follow Gori's instructions. My questions: Will I have any difficiculty removing the old prop? I'm not that naïve to think if I just loosen the nut holding it onto the shaft the prop will just slide off so what sort of tools should I bring with me to the boat tomorrow morning? Also I have read about 'prop-pullers' in past posts. Do I really need a prop puller, will I need to make one, anyone have a picture? Any and all advice will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Mike
