[C320-list] Ensign Staff Size

I use mine regularly mostly to make sure it is working.  It came in real 
handy last spring when the host came off my water pump, flooding the 
bilge, and the electric one clogged at the same time.  For maintenance, 
it needs to be winterized with antifreeze just like the electric one if 
you live where temps go below freezing.   You can purchase a servicing 
kit to rebuild it when some of the internal rubber parts eventually 
fail.  That's "when," not "if."
