[C320-list] Lack of Section with Head Pump

Usually the problem with the head seems to be it becoming too stiff to pump.
My toilet (only one year old as I replaced it with a new Jabsco last year)
has recently started to not be stiff enough.  Sometimes it works fine - but
seems to slip slightly.  At other times if you pump the handle briskly up
and down you suddenly get suction but at other times you pump the handle up
and down, fast or slow, but with no suction - and no water flow.  Any ideas?
I'm getting worried how I'm going to clean out the contents of the bowl if
it won't pump.
