[C320-list] Shallow Bilge vs Deep Bilge

It is not the external shape of the underbody but the manner in which the
Kiel was laid down.  It has to do with the way that ended up in the bilge.
I seem to recall that this was changed with hull 355, but that may be wrong.

In other words the external shape is the same.

I believe C320's had the same keel, regardless of bilge modifications, up 
thru hull 846. At that point they were switched to the shallower C310 keel.
