[C320-list] Exhaust Riser Elbow & inward flange - Key West

Jim & Allan,
Our 1995 Perkins M30 with 300 hours also has a short rigid hose. Our typical usage is low rpm's less than a mile to open water sailing & back, so low rpm vibration could be the major cause of the cracks. The Marine Tex fix withstood 20 hours of motor sailing in the 175 mile return from the Keys. I will look for a Ft. Myers, FL area fabricator and follow Jim's approach for the muffler and the hump hose as well. Thanks, Rollie #182
