[C320-list] Backstay Adjuster blocks

I used one on my last boat which was a 30 footer with a somewhat bendier 
mast than the 320.  It worked fine.  My recollection is that the sheaves 
were a bit undersized relative to the wires on a 320.  The main 
advantage is that with two sheaves on each wire the amount of bend in 
the backstay wires at each sheave was half of what it would be 
otherwise.  The downside is probably a bit more friction.
