I think the key to enlarging the battery tray is to cut the end off and glass in a 1.5" (approx) extension. That may or may not be possible on your tray at this point. You may have to make a mold and recast the end.

Subject: [C320-list] Battery box's



I have hull #165 and it has 4, 6V golf cart batteries installed. The batteries are to big for the fiberglass box's and someone broke the ends out. There is nothing keeping the batteries from sliding out the ends. Has anyone modified their box's to accommodate golf cart batteries?<br><br>Don<br>#165<br><br><br><br><br><br>
