You could try to contact Minards Diesel Services (Yanmar Dealers) in Newcastle on 4950 4565. They've a mail order service for parts which arrive the next day, they'll know the correct size belt.

I've used them before and can recommend their services.

Does anyone know the Fan Belt size for the Yanmar 3YM30?
The supplied 3YM30 Manual fails to list this basic specification!
I think the width is ½ inch ... but I do not know for certain and I 
certainly do not know the other dimensions.
