Bruce,
Nope. A couple came with the boat so I've been putting off the
pain.

Stan,
I plan on trying that with the next batch to see if they last longer.
Did
you find a cheap(er) supply? I think Dick Walker found a store in SD
that
sells them.
Thanks,

Bruce,
One little trick that I have seen in a couple of sail mags in past
couple years is to paint the screw hole area (not the mating surface)
of
the zinc to try to slow down the consumption at those thinnest areas.
I
don't have any good A-B tests but it can't hurt and it's a very cheap
way to try to overcome the poor design.

Has anyone found a good source, other than A-B Marine, for the H5
Autoprop?
If so what are you paying for them?
Also has anyone considered this: http://www.smtinc.net/APApage.htm ?
Looks
like a really cleaver way to get around the problem of the edges of
the
zinc's going fast and leaving a poor electrical connection to the
propeller.
I've seen another version that would use a standard oval zinc which I
bet
would be even cheaper ( <$6 bucks per copy).
