The commissioning fee includes:
painting
rigging
fenders
dock lines
power cord
coast guard required safety equipment
sea trials
etc.
I'm probably missing something.

what is a commissioning fee? I have bought two new boats over the years and never heard of a fee to buy the boat or to get it ready for sale -- is it a tax of some kind?
