Ralize that a 10 year old C400 will require substantial amount of
upgrades, specially electronic--factor that in in deciding new vs 10 year
old

True, but we won't spend money on changing the mains' furling system
since we're interested in moving up to something like a 400 (having
decided the 320's a bit small to winter on).  The 400 won't be new
(unless we hit the lottery), but we'd like it to be about 10 years
young.
