[C320-list] starting effort

If you have a leak in the high pressure side, same as a bleed of the
system, you can start ok but will have a hell of a mess with high
pressure fuel going everywhere. I had a 4 cylinder Perkins tractor
that I used everyday so I am familiar with all the little tricks to
start the thing. I used a rag with a little gas on it instead of
ether as you can just pull the rag away right after it starts and not
blow the head off with like too much ether sprayed in. I have started
it in 20F weather and needed the glow plugs and the gas rag.
