[C320-list] Wheel questions

I installed a folding wheel yesterday and it brought up a few questions:

1. If I need to realign the wheel, what is the best way?  The hub does unbolt from the spokes, but is there a way to do it with the internal chain or cables?

2. The original wheel did not come off easy.  It took more than a few taps with a rubber mallet.  How are we supposed to get the wheel off in a hurry during an emergency?

3. Anyone need a non folding wheel?
