[C320-list] Bilge pump problem

Took my bilge pump apart yesterday, and it seems fine. Problem was
initially that I had a blockage in the output hose, now cleared, but the
pump then just ran and did not "suck". So my thought now is: does it need
to be primed? Anybody know? Going to try that tomorrow and see.

Most likely you sucked some debris into the bilge pump. There are 2 small
rubber flaps in the pump, if debris gets stuck it will not pump. Not easy
to take apart but cheaper than buying new. Sincerely, Herb Creech Cloud
