[C320-list] no forward or reverse

Truly.  Did you check the linkage at the transmission just to be sure
it's still attached?  I haven't looked in a while, but I seem to recall
it's a cotter pin.  Could the linkage on the throttle be disconnected?

It seemed strange to me as well.  It was as if the prop might be
fouled, but 
as I said, the prop spins freely in neutral.   It also  seems strange to
me 
that it does the same in forward and reverse.  The only  possible
warning I could only get max 3000 rpm's the last time I took the  boat
out, and it usually 
turns about 3400.      Strange.
