It seemed strange to me as well. It was as if the prop might be fouled, but as I said, the prop spins freely in neutral. It also seems strange to me that it does the same in forward and reverse. The only possible warning I could only get max 3000 rpm's the last time I took the boat out, and it usually turns about 3400. Strange. Mike
