[C320-list] Helm Seat

We have been using one for 2 years and love it, particularly my wife.
It's comfortable and makes longer cruises significantly easier.
I thought it may interfere with backing into the slip, but that has not 
been a problem.
It's also easy to remove and stow when you want to use the platform
