The lifeline is $1.52/foot on sale at Defender through today.

If you figure, 110' or so is needed, that would be $170 for lifeline alone. Add to that, all the crimp wire end terminals and finding a machine swage tool to borrow, and $400 seems fairly reasonable to me.

A local rigger quoted $400 to custom make the lifelines.  That seemed a bit high considering that I was going to reuse the pelcan hooks and turnbuckles.  Does anyone stock these or know of a good source?Thanks, Bill
