[C320-list] Raw Water Strainer

I clean the strainer every few days on long trips on windless days here on 
Puget Sound. One day as we crossed the Striaghts of Georgia in Canada the 
over heat alarm went off. I checked the strainer & it was clean. I took the 
glass off & opened the sea cock. No water flow! I took the dingy air pump 
and blew air out thru the hose I took off the strainer and it blew out 
whatever was blocking the intake. A couple of rum & cokes later my heart 
rate was back to normal.
