[C320-list] exhaust mixing elbows

I asked the Yanmar distributor about the parts for a 3GM30F and they said 
there isn't just one choice.  There are options.  When we were looking 
through the parts list we can across at least 3 different exhaust elbows 
that all fit on the 3GM30F.
