[C320-list] Mast Cleat

Want to add a mast cleat to port side of mast to match the starboard one.

Forgot to measure the existing one.
Does anyone know the size and material of the cleat, the size and type of
bolt that secures it?

Is there anything inside the mast on the port side that can be damaged when
drilling a hole to mount the cleat.

Planning on tying the spinnaker halyard on the cleat and then running the
outhaul back to the cockpit.
