[C320-list] Mast Cleat

Isle of Wight #851 does not fly a spinnaker. So it makes sense.
Thanks for reply, but I still need the size of cleat and size, (length and
thread).

That could be interesting if you need to dump the spinnaker in a hurry.  Are
you sure you want to do that?
