[C320-list] Lewmar 44 Winches

Joe,
Take a block of wood and a hammer.  Position the block in one of the 2
groves on top, and give a few taps.  It will break loose and is easily hand
unscrewed.  Reverse when re-tightening.  It doesn't need to be real tight.
