Sydney International Boat Show Yacht Pricing and Shipping
-------we have really only one Catalina Dealer in Australia and he includes
most of what you need.
Other Dealers cut the Boat Show price and include Commissioning and
Launching BUT NOTHING ELSE.

In Sydney the Catalina Dealer includes Commissioning and Launching ...
Plus 7 Cockpit Cushions; 1st Aid Kit (small one); Anchor (and Chain/Warp); 4
Fenders; Mooring Rope;
Fire Extinguishers; Boat Hook; Helm NavPod with 2 x ST60 instruments
(Depth;Speed and Wind);
Stereo with Cockpit Speakers; VHF Radio; Cover for Helm and 4 Winches.
The UltraLeather and other items are sometimes included or negotiated.
--------the other Dealers, such as JEANNEAU and BAVARIA include
Commissioning and Launching.
A friend bought a Jeanneau39i at last years BShow it cost AU$289,000... he
has spent AU$50,000 on everything else.

Shipping to Australia ... the best prices I have seen are from US$18,000 to
US$33,000.
I too have a great dislike at being rip off and baited with a BShow Special
which is false to say the least.
Years ago a Toronto Ford Dealer was selling Fords for an unheard of low
price ...
trouble was you had to pay extra if you wanted the front seats and spare
tire!
Hope the trend in Boating does not head in that direction.
