[C320-list] New Boat inclusion and shipping

When comparing US to Australian prices you have to add freight, customs
duties and our GST (Goods & Services Tax) which is 10% of combined purchase
price, freight and customs duties.  The price was in the water with
anti-fouling ready to go.
