Definitely go with a Kiwi prop. It's awesome in reverse and I gain anywhere 
from .5 to 1 knot under sail, depending on conditions. It powers in forward 
just as well as my old 3 blade fixed prop. I installed in myself and made a 
small pitch change after one season of use, all very easy to do once you 
read the instructions it came with.
