Fortunately, I bought the house 12 years ago but all of the sailors from
other parts of the country are moving here which is driving the price up
even in this market.

With median home prices now over $800K in the San Francisco Bay area 
compared to only about half that near THE OTHER BAY (i.e. Baltimore / 
Washington area), I don't think so.  See
