4) Front vberth hatch leaks from around the frame whenever we take water
over the bow. The hatch part that opens doesn't leak, but it seems to not be
bedded properly.

Jeff I've had a similar leak in the V-Birth hatch. I just got the Bomar
mounting tape from Defender (#900061) and today I re-bed the hatch.  It was
pretty easy to do; hardest part was removing silicone used before.  I'll let
you know if it solved the problem after the next rain or water over the bow.
