[C320-list] Bimini and Dodger

I would mount the bimini to the stern rail  instead of the deck and
use tubing instead of straps to brace it. On the dodger I would add
hand grips on the side to aid in going forward. I am planning on these
upgrades now, but it would have been noice to have them originally.
