Tim,
On some boats the recommend that you rebed the keel bolts every once in awhile and tourque them every year. I believe our manual says you only have to tourqe the bolts after the first year.
If the boat is on the hard it is a perfect time to rebed the bolts and it is not hard.
Take the nut and washer off, clean out all sealent, clean bolt and nut, insert sealent and tourque nut.
You might want to try tightening the nuts wit the wrench before you do anything else to see if one or more was lose and hence letting water antifreeze into the joint.

Subject: [C320-list] Water leaking out of the boat

I have a 99 320 that was hauled in early Oct and is on the hard for the winter in NY. I was checking on the boat today and noticed what appeared to be water or anti-freeze leaking from the seam where the keel attaches to the hull. There was some evidence of rust there when the boat was hauled and I planned on having this re-faired in the spring. The only place I can think that the liquid is coming from is the bilge. I don't think this is normal, has anyone seem this before and can shed some light on this?

  Thanks, Tim
