Bruce,
I'm pretty sure that on hull number 671 there is a 15 amp fuse for the 12
volt socket on the Switch Panel.  That means you should be good for up to
180 Watts.

I want to plug a Halogen Spotlight into the 12v (Cigarette Lighter) Socket
on the Switch Panel at the Chart Table.
My concern is a Halogen Spotlight too high a wattage for this 12v socket?
Any advice, appreciated

PS the Hallogen has an extension lead so that the light is used by the
forward hand when night manoeuvering arounded crowded anchorages.
