In October we rebed both of the stanchion gates on Wind Dancer # 94 along  
with several of the other stanchions.
 
Access to the nuts on the gate stanchions were particularly difficult and  we 
were able to ease the project by using a hole borer (approximately 1 3/4")  
and making a series of adjacent holes in the fiberglass in front of the  nuts.  
We filed down the edges and access was quite adequate.  The  opening was 
covered by the wood
 
Time to do the starboard gate was almost 2 hours and for the port gate 45  
minutes.  Experience on the former was great when tackling the  latter.  We used 
the same approach on several regular stanchions we also  rebed.
