I have a 94 320 as well. I looked around a lot. But last year based on information from group here I went to COSTCO and picked up a queen sized memory foam matters topper. It was a pretty good fit. Width was perfect. But the berth is about a foot longer than the topper. For me this was no big deal. I left the uncovered part at the foot of the bed. Since the memory foam topper was a queen we have plenty of room and now we can use queen sized sheets with out going the custom route. It made a big difference and sleeps great. It cost me about $130 I think. They come with and with out tufted topper I got the topper I think that also made a differance.

It is a little heavy and but I can still move it around with out to much trouble to work on things under it.
