re your 4th question on the Yanmar Manual.
There are 2 Yanmar manuals.
1. for the 3GM30 (one download), and
2. for the newer 3YM30 (this one is in 3 parts)
to get these:-
Goto the C320 International Owners Site http://www.catalina320.com/
... on the top left corner, in the Search Box, type in 'Manual' ... hit Go 
and bingo you are at these Manuals.
